Peperoncini Salad
Peperoncini Salad
From:Pearls,Handcuffs,and Happy Hour
Salad-
4-6 cups Salad Mix (chopped)
1/2 cup sliced peperoncini peppers, chopped
1/2 cup sliced peppers(your choice), sliced
Feta Cheese
Grilled Chicken, shredded
Dressing-
1 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Peperoncini brine (from the jar)
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Add salad mix to a bowl with pepperoncini and peppers
2. Add all of the dressing mix to a small bowl and whisk together.
3. Add the dressing to the salad and toss to coat, then add the chicken and cheese and toss again.
